All around Russbach in the Region Dachstein West, there are plenty of beautiful mountainbike and e-mountainbike trails of every difficulty with breathtaking views and cosy mountain cabins to eat out in. The trails are well signposted, with the Hornbahn cable car in Russbach you can even take the bike to the summit of the Russbacher Horn, to enjoy a pleasurable descent.

The Salzburg "Almen Tour"
The Salzburg "Almen Tour", a mountainbike route of three days from the Lammertal Valley to the Salzkammergut. It's especially fitting for a long weekend or a short vacation, and it offers plenty of opportunities to marvel, enjoy and relax - just right for mountainbike enthusiasts and e-mountainbikers.

The King's Tour with three variants between 182 and 269 km and 4.700 to 7.900 metres in altitude
Dachstein Circular Mountainbike trail
This popular, impressive multi-day tour around the majestic King Dachstein can be done in 3 different difficulties. Blue, red and black. It leads past crystal clear lakes and lush pastures. There is also a luggage transport service for the Dachstein Route.

Salzkammergut Mountains & Lakes Trail
The Salzkammergut, renowned for its stunning scenery, numerous lakes and lush green meadows and fields, can now be experienced in a whole new way. The BergeSeen eTrail winds its way through the region, covering over 615 km and 14,000 metres of elevation gain. Whilst it is not the shortest eMTB tour, it certainly takes you to some of the most beautiful spots in the Salzkammergut.
It wasn’t just the Emperor who loved spending his summers in the Salzkammergut back in the day; many artists and intellectuals also loved to spend their summers in the region – with or without a bike. Following in their footsteps, you can now immerse yourself once again in this world of inspiration and relaxation by eMTB.
TIP: Pick up your BergeSeen Pass at the tourist office.
Save yourself 650 metres of elevation gain by taking the Russbach Hornbahn during operating hours!

If you don’t have your own e-bike, you can hire a state-of-the-art e-bike from our hire fleet. Our hire bikes are from the brands Scott, Norco and Apache and are always perfectly maintained.
